Solais Lighting Takes its Show on the Road During LightFair 2013

With over 20,000 attendees converging on the Philadelphia Convention Center in late April, LightFair 2013 was a resounding success, and what better way for leading LED manufacturer Solais Lighting to put its creative stamp on the show than by hosting a unique showcase at the Philadelphia Center for Architecture on April 23rd-24th. In a warm and open space designed by the AIA Philadelphia to help promote the public’s engagement with their physical environment, foster collaboration between design professionals and the community, and showcase design excellence, Solais’ two-day showcase enabled Lightfair attendees and lighting professionals to meet the Solais team, learn about the new, cutting-edge Solais LED products that are revolutionizing retail, commercial, museum, and hospitality environments nationwide, and experience Solais’ elite range of innovative and high-performance LED lamps and fixtures for themselves.  “We first identified the AIA space two years ago and knew it would be an ideal fit for our exhibit,” Vice President of Marketing George Stroumboulis said of the cozy, brick-walled area which Solais transformed into an attractive, relaxed, and modern meeting and exhibit place through the use of colorful bean bag chairs and inviting and approachable lighting.  There, the team displayed leading products from its popular X, LR, LRP, and Combo Light of LED lamp and fixture lines and enabled visitors to get a hands-on feel for the outstanding performance and specification-grade design of these products, which feature both the company’s exclusive Luxiance® thermal management and unique OPTICS2™ technology.  Solais concluded its successful showcase on April 24th by hosting/sponsoring an industry event and closing party alongside the annual AIA Meeting for over 100 of its partners and members of Pennsylvania’s architect community. Overall, “Lightfair 2013 was a great show for us and we were excited to be able to demonstrate our broad range of new products to so many valued customers and industry professionals in a space that truly reflected our company’s unique personality and mission,” said James Leahy, president of Solais. “We look forward to delighting the industry with a continuous stream of innovative new products which help the market to enjoy the benefits of LED technology and to participating in this and other key industry shows in the future.”
